Blas y Teifi is a small independent delicatessen in Newcastle Emlyn. We bring together Welsh farmhouse cheese, local produce and a few continental favourites — then help people find something they’ll genuinely enjoy.

A small deli in a very good food valley.
The Teifi Valley gives us plenty to be proud of: cheesemakers, bakers, beekeepers and small producers making things properly. We keep room on the shelves for them, alongside charcuterie, antipasti and pantry goods we’ve found further afield.
We’re not interested in making good food feel complicated. Ask us what’s tasting good, tell us what you normally like, or let us help put something together for supper, a cheeseboard or a gift.
