How much do the hampers cost?
Tell us your budget per gift and how many you need. We’ll suggest a selection and confirm a price, including the agreed packaging and any extras.
Can you include our agency’s card?
Ask us when you enquire. We can discuss your own cards, a personal message and any artwork or printing costs before you order.
What if a completion date moves?
Contact us as soon as you know. We’ll check what can be rearranged for your order, especially if it includes fresh or chilled food.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Please tell us before ordering. We’ll check the specific products and their current labels with you before confirming a suitable selection.
Can we collect or arrange delivery?
Collection is from 16 Sycamore Street, Newcastle Emlyn, SA38 9AP, at an agreed time. For delivery enquiries, send the destination postcode so we can confirm availability and any charge.
Do the hampers need a fridge?
It depends on the contents. Gifts containing cheese or chilled charcuterie need refrigeration. Tell us if the gift will wait in your office before handover so we can suggest suitable products.
